Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your product proves to be defective or does not perform as it should, we accept returns up to 3 Days. We cannot refund shipping charges. (This return policy is void if the product becomes defective due to customer negligence). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized products are non-refundable. Items purchased on sale or clearance are non-refundable. Sale and Clearance items and FINAL sale items. Items bought on Black Friday and Flash Sale are not eligible for refunds. We want to keep all our products affordable and available for all our customers and this can help us ensure we can. Items bought with gift cards or vouchers. Items bought through bazars or events.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
